Our client came to us having purchased this 1960’s Golden beach beauty a few years previous. It had seen a few not so pretty close in’s and additions in its time, it has now got its chance to blossom. With a full interior renovation, reopening the back deck and removing the 1980’s built in porch to create a better flow for this young family with new french doors to those lovely Sunny Coast mornings and revealing the old fireplace hidden behind built in cabinetry. This home now has a fresh and beautiful heart and face for the future, and space for everyone.
Fun Fact. Bill Rolley (Dan’s Uncle) designed this house in 1969.
