We felt very privileged to be approached by the owners of this gorgeous 1940’s cottage to help them with the development and construction of their renovations. By keeping everything within the existing footprint we were able to work with their budget and their wishlist to create a lovely open feel to this family home being mindful of original construction practices. What was a dark piecemeal 1980’s extension on1960’s extension is now a light filled and functional space with great flow through the lounge, dining and kitchen and connection to the outdoor space.
